Tennis: David Nalbandian v Nicolas Almagro

I don't usually do tips but I really fancy Fat Bandy here tonight! He was excellent the other night and though I haven't seen all his matches the score line have been impressive so early in the season showing a rich vein of form. On the other hand while I fancied Almagro and backed him against Mannarino he didn't look that convincing despite winning through in the end!

Nalbandian really will blow Almagro off the court if their previous matches are anything to go by. He can be prone to a slow start but he showed no signs of that the other night. also the fact he has only been broken once in 3 matches is very encouraging as opposed to Almagro who has been broken 4 times in 2 matches against opposition no where near the quality of Nalbandian.

I have taken and early price of 1.37 as I feel that the price will shorten considerably, especially if we have people chasing should Real Madrid not beat Athletico!

So I guess if you want to make some nice cash a lay of Nalbandian is the way forward with my predicting abilities of late!!

Well a shaky game a piece to start with but both heldd from deuce. Almagro holds again more comfortably this time to take a 1*-2 lead at the change over. As long as Bandy hold here hopefully he will push on once he's got the two jittery first service games under his belt.

A good hold from Nalbandian to 15 was followed by another shaky hold from Almagro with a couple of deuces. Bandy had 15-30 and thought he was going to do it but plenty of time yet as long as he keeps holding!

Bandy holds well again and gets to deuce on ALmagro's serve. But two aces from Almagro bring the hold and  3*-4. Just keep doing what you're doing David!

Well Almagro had the trainer on to look at his blisters or something so I went to the loo and made a cup of tea. No idea what happenned but Bandy is 5*-4 up on my return Yay!!!!

Hold now Bandy!

Hold he does from 0-30!! Terrible miss hit from Bandy at 30-30 too! Set Nalbandian 6-4.

Out and grenn green (thanks Bruce!) £8.00 Bandy £7.99 Almagro

Should have stuck with my bet! It seems my tip has actually come in!!!
Hope some followed but I wouldn't recommend it normally!

David Nalbandian Wins 6-4 6-2
Profit: £8.00

Football: Almeria v Deportivo La Coruna

With 33 mins gone I thought I'd have a punt on under 2.5 goals on odds of 1.38 and look to trade out at half time. It seemed everyone else had the same thought as I had to chase the market down very quickly to 1.33.

As my bet started to get matched ... "SUSPENDED" !!!!

1-0 Almeria! One saving grace is that not all was matched! So on the market opening I have decided to get the rest on at 1.87. No goals till half time should see the odds tumble again. I need 1.55 to get out green. May take till 55 mins ish for that though!

Half time and still 1-0 odds now at 1.70. Bring on the dull football please!

60 mins gone and I've greened out for  £4.18 either side at 1.40.

Perhaps I should have hung on! still 1-0 after 88 mins!

Tennis: Adrian Mannarino v Nicolas Almagro

I have decided to get in from the off here. I feel Almagro looked decent in his last match and should have too much in his armoury for Mannarino. 1.39 seems a fair price to me. I hope Almagro wins the 1st set then I'll probably greeen out and hit the sack!

0-15  was a good start but Mannarino holds to 15. 1-0*

Comfortable hold to 15 from Almagro levels it at 1*-1

0-15 again ... 0-30 ... 15-30 ... 30-30 ... 30-40 Take It! ... Deuce! ... GP ... Holds! 2-1* I hate it when they don't take early chances! Makes me very nervous that it might just not be their day!

Hold to love from Almagro looking commanding! 2*-2

And swiftly followed by another love hold from Mannarino 3-2*

FFS Almagro throws in a bit of a dodgy service game and Mannarino takes full advantage for the break to 30!! That's what I mean about missing the early opportunities! 4*-2

And follows it up with a hold to love! 5-2* Come on Almagro back to how you were playing in the first 4 games please!

Al-MUG-ro what are you doing? 0-30!!! ... 15-30 ... 30-30 ... 40-30 ... Idiot! Deuce! ... GP #2 ... Holds! Phew 5*-3

Can we have a French choke now please Mannarino? Cos 1.58 seems rather low! ... 0-15 here we go!! ... 0-30 Oi Oi ... 15-30 ... 15-40 take one of these Nico!! ... 30-40 ... this one then? YES!! Break! 5-4*

Now hold! 15-0 ... 15-15 don't feck it up ... 30-15 ... 40-15 ... Holds 5*-5

Break please Nico! 0-15 ... 15-15 ... 30-15 ... 40-15 ... 40-30 ... Hold 6-5*

Make sure you get to that tie break now after coming back from a break down! 0-15 don't you dare! ... 15-15 ... 30-15 .. 40-15 ...Holds

Tie break! Mannarino to serve 1st
0*-0 Mb??

1*-3 That's it and another?
1-4** Yesss Now push on Nicolas!!
1-5* Nicely
2**-5 Let's get that one right back then!
3*-5 Don't let him back into this!!
3-6** OK an ace to finish??
Not an ace but Set Almagro anyway!

And Out at 1.13

Even green on Both of £7.12 and I can go to bed!

Tennis: David Ferrer v Philipp Kohlschreiber

Score is 6-3 6-7 3-2* when I get on Ferrer at 1.39 hoping for a quick break.

0-15 ... 15-15 .. 15-30 c'mon 30-30 ... 30-40 TAKE IT!!! ... Deuce! ... BP #2 ... BREAK!!!

Out and green at 1.10

£6.85 on both

Perhaps should have held on as Ferrer takes a 5-2* lead with a hold to love!

Correction £6.53 on both didn't have the net of commission box ticked!
