Now that I am home and can actually do a screen shot for you (though why I have bothered I really don't know!) here it is ..... PROOF as you call it.
This is by no means proof of any sort and as with any blog there has to be an element of trust between blogger and reader.
As you insist in your messages (or as I suspect there are a few anons doing it) that I have an agenda and want to sell a system or con people out of money with some scam or syndicate then that element of trust has evidentally eroded.
I did the blog for fun, nothing more. Perhaps the odd few pence from google ads as an experiment to see what you could earn, but no more.
The bombardment of messages I get every time I post now is certainly not fun!
I will keep the blog running and post up my thoughts on matches and my ups and downs as I trade on them. But I will not update my figures any more. It is obvious that some people out there in the blogosphere either just can't stand to see others winning or that they are so poor at gambling themselves that they don't believe it can be done.
I have no system I'm just a mug punter like everyone else. I've just learnt the hard way (hence my nickname) to read markets a little more than most.
For those that have bothered to name themselves and are on the whole a good bunch I will still be around as often as possible to chat as there are some great characters on here.
For those who wish to snipe and remain anonymous ...... JOG ON!!! :-)

thats exactly why I discontinued my blog.. I was only making abou 20-30$ a trade and people constantly bombarded me with negativity so I closed up shop.

Oh please, Anonymous if you don't like this blog go bug someone else. I have followed this blog with great interest. During the course of the Australian Open 70k gave game by game commentary and what trades he put in and why. I have read many blogs including those by Peter Webb, Adam Heathcote, Psychoff (100k Challenge). All of them will show their profit and loss screens or brag about how much they have made. They probably are true, I certainly believe that the figures are possible. The difference with 70k that you seem to miss anonymous is that he will post the screen shot of the market he has traded which shows the entry and exit points. On my previous post to 70k I congratulated him for being so honest and upfront about his trades. His style is not for the feint hearted and for most of us to put 2k or more at 1.20 on a trade we would need a credit account for Marks and Spencer undies. However, 70k demonstrates that even with small stakes the tennis market is one that good profits can be made.
70k keep up the good work! You inspire all of the good people on here!

I only discovered your blog last night, 70 and your blow by blow accounts are a great example of the rollercoaster that is trading. They are informative and good craic but they're also well written which is more than can be said for most of the trading blogosphere. Not only that but pictures of saucy birds thrown in as well! Don't let the knockers (ahem) get you down. The internet is full of balls talkers hiding behind their anonymity. Keep up the good work!

to anon - that juicestorm thing wouldn't work here mate there are 12 markets and juicestorm only lets you do 10. there are few other little things hidden in juicestorm to catch people out to. when you grade so called systems as i do for my publisher it is one of the things we look at for scams. if this is faked it's a very good one as none of the hidden tell tele signs are here.

ReplyDeleteDon't worry or bother about the anonymous posters they'll always be people who can't believe people don't win betting/trading just cos they can't. Don't be too hard on them as we need more of them to feed our profits.
The amount and various screenshots you post more than confirm you're not making things up. Don't waste your time trying to convince one or two people as they'll never be satisfied and probably have a different agenda anyway.
Annonymous - you are a jealous clown. My blog was ruined by idiots like you who choose not to believe despite all the evidence. Rather than waste your time having a pop at others why don't you just go and learn to trade.
ReplyDeleteIt is people like you who spoil it for everyone else. This blog has given me ideas to use down the line. The figures are not important it is what you can get out of the blog.
My advice is to require comments to be approved before publish and then just don't publish the anon ones. You will only need to do this for a short time as Anon will soon get bored and move on and then you can go back to opening up the comments again.
I know it is hard to not let them get to you but it is important you don't.
Keep up the blog.
Leon your blog was a different kettle of fish, you never posted up screenshots or profits and just used it as an excuse to gleen info from others. As soon as you got that the blog mainly consisted of telling us what you had for tea or what film you watched.
ReplyDeleteI hope you don't go down the route of moderating comments just to hide what you don't want to see. Most of the interesting stuff on Leons and other blog are comments from other traders giving their views.
Not every passerby or reader can be arsed to register a google account. Just ignore the negative comments your readers are clued up enough to decide whats rubbish or not.
Was probably a bit harsh on you there Leon, in all fairness your blog was one of the best trading blogs out there with a lot of useful debate and info from you and your readers.
